Physiotherapist

Sarah grew up across NSW, firstly in the suburbs of Western Sydney, then on a small property just north of Forster before the small beach village of Black Head. Following her passion for health and well being, she completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Newcastle.  She’s made a permanent move to the Coffs Coast and is enthusiastic about helping everyone achieve their health and movement goals in this gorgeous location.

1. What do you love most about your job/industry?

I love that physiotherapy provides a multitude of treatment options to assist people in a personalised manner and ultimately help individuals of all ages get back to doing what they love!

2. Areas of interest?

I enjoy all areas of physiotherapy and am most interested in how physiotherapy can be used to optimise children’s and women’s health.

3. Your top tip

Use it or lose it- it’s so important to keep active and moving as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Doing something is always better than nothing!

4. People would be surprised if they knew…

When I’m not at work you’ll find me out and about at the beach (rain, hail or shine)… or online shopping with Tim Tams in arms reach. Balance is important!!
