Jess was born and raised in the small country town of Quirindi, 80km south-west of Tamworth. She ventured to ‘big smoke’ of Brisbane to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science before returning to Tamworth where she completed my Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and worked within a gym setting for 4 years.
Looking for a new and exciting adventure, she made the change from country to coast just in time for Summer! She’ll always be a country girl at heart, and loves being around animals and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
