Then Warm Water Exercise is for you!

With the warm summer days (and nights) now behind us, it is common that the colder weather also brings with it the dreaded stiff and aching joints.  But this doesn’t have to be the case.  Don’t resign yourself to this each winter – tackle it head on with hydrotherapy in our heated indoor pool in Woopi.

Finding the motivation to exercise when the weather is cold, wet and windy outside is difficult, but hydrotherapy takes away all the excuses.  It is well proven to improve joint movement, muscle strength and pain while reducing the impact and force on joints while exercising.  Why put up with achy knees, hip pain, low back stiffness or shoulder pain when you don’t need to?

To help you take the first step into the pool, we are offering 20 FREE hydrotherapy assessments for this month only.  This will allow you to have a thorough land-based assessment with Alex, our accredited Exercise Physiologist, to determine your suitability for pool based exercise and plan the best course of action to achieve your health goals.  With our pool in Woolgoolga hovering at 32°C all year round, what better place to soothe your aching joints then in the water!

Call now to secure your FREE assessment on 1300 27 37 47 and avoid the winter blues.
